Last updated: October 27, 2026

Books & Bonds (“we”, “us”) is a marketing agency for accounting and finance technology companies, based in New York. This policy explains what information we collect on booksandbonds.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the “Book a free call” form, we collect your name, work email address, your software’s website, and anything you write in the message box.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our server and the analytics and advertising tools listed below may record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the page that referred you. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and schedule the call you asked for
  • To run, secure and improve the website
  • To understand which pages and ads bring visitors to the site
  • To show you our ads on other platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and to measure them

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools

We use, or may use, the following tools, each of which sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC), to measure traffic
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), to measure and target ads on Facebook and Instagram
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation), to measure and target ads on LinkedIn

These providers may combine the data with information they hold about you under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn account settings.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Google Cloud (hosting) and Google Workspace (email)
  • The analytics and advertising providers listed above
  • Scheduling and CRM tools we use to manage calls and conversations

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our visitors or the public.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about your request, and up to three years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of its sale; as stated above, we do not sell personal information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to form submissions is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you visit from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
